Stefana and Kevin's wedding day was located at "rustic" Ohana Family Camp in Fairlee, VT overlooking an amazing mountain view! As the ladies primped in Cabin 22, the guys hung out on the opposite side of the camp in the "Newlywed Suite." Since there was no cell phone service at the camp, Kevin and Stefana stayed in communication all day via walkie talkie.
It rained on and off all day, but no one seemed phased by the weather at all. The ladies were absolute troopers and volunteered to go take photos in the rain with umbrellas (AWESOME!!) Kevin and Stefana even did their first look in the rain overlooking the mountains. Then the weather seemed to magically clear up just in time for some formal photos and for the outdoor ceremony with absolutely no delay at all. Like clockwork, once it was almost dark and time to move the celebration indoors, the rain started up again.
The ceremony was short, sweet, and peppered with hilarious anecdotes. The reception was filled with DIY themed decor done by Stefana! She designed and hand painted all of the intricate details which looked absolutely amazing! I think she should open her own Etsy Shop (hint hint - ha ha).
Everyone spent the evening dancing the night away and feasting on the amazing desserts made by Stefana's Grandmother. After getting crazy on the dance floor to "What Does the Fox Say?", an impromptu piano singalong followed. Afterwards the group headed out to the campfire to enjoy some local craft beers.
Overall it was an amazing day filled with tons of love and laughter! Stefana and Kevin, it was a pleasure to be a part of your magical day and I wish you both a lifetime of happiness!
